Important Information:
Important Information:
- Please remind your students to charge their Chromebook every night! We have had many students come to class with dead Chromebooks, which slows down instruction
- This is also a good time to check your student's supplies. Many students have been asking us to give them paper and pencils during class.
- After school help sessions and activities are after school Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 4:00. At least one teacher from Willow will be available for help on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays until 4:00. A list of other after school opportunities can be found here.

Social Studies –
On Monday and Tuesday of this week, we focused on art and architecture and on Wednesday, I introduced their project. Students received their choice menus, which should have been shared with you, signed and returned on Thursday. We will begin working on the projects when we return. The choice menus and rubrics are on my website under Greek Culture Project. I have asked students to challenge themselves and choose something they think will be easy. The project is due April 3rd.

- Do did you score on your circulatory and respiratory systems summative Quia Assessment?
- What are some of the benefits of aerobic exercise?
- What are some of the “super foods??
- Goal 1: I understand that living organisms are systems of interacting subsystems composed, on the most basic level, of cells.
- I am able to:
- describe the path of the flow of blood through the circulatory system.
- describe the functions of the circulatory system.
- describe the functions of the respiratory systems.
- describe how the structures of heart function.
- describe the concepts for keeping a healthy circulatory system.
The cross-cutting concept have been:
- Structure and Function: The way in which an object or living thing is shaped & its substructures determine many of its properties and functions.
Activities students participated in this week:
- Students finished preparing for the summative assessment by working on review questions, correcting their answers, taking a practice test, and reviewing using their notes or resources on Google Classroom.
